Ingredients:
- Dip the chicken pieces into egg and tarhana soup.
- Fill a large skillet with oil and heat until very hot.
- Place the chicken into the skillet and fry the chicken until it’s golden brown.
You can serve crispy fried chicken with rice pilaf.
RICE PILAF WITH ORZO
Ingredients:
- 1 cup rice, washed and drained
- 1/2 tablespoon salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoon orzo
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup water
Melt the butter in cooking pot and add the orzo and stirring continuously over medium heat until they turn dark brown.Then add the rice, stirring occasionally for 5 minutes.Then add 1 cup chicken broth, 1 cup water and salt. Close the lid and bring to a boil.After cook over low heat until the rice absorbs all the water.Then leave for a rest 5-10 minutes.
